Undocumented migrant scheme open to International protection applicants

The undocumented migrant scheme is now open to International Protection applicants who have been in the process for a minimum of 2 years, applications may be submitted until the 7 August 2022. Successful applicants will receive Stamp 4 immigration permission and will be permitted to enter the labor market, should the application be successful.
