Alice is known for her excellent communication skills and ability to build strong and lasting relationships with her clients.

With a keen interest in immigration law, human rights and public procurement, Alice has been cultivating a reputation of vigorous non-nonsense advocacy.

Alice advises on numerous areas of immigration including obtaining the appropriate visas, residence permission and naturalisation. She helps to plan strategies for transitions from student to professional, for job and career changes and to unite family members. Furthermore, she assists in overcoming grounds to ineligibility or other obstacles in respect of immigration permission.

Moreover, Alice provides advice in respect of employment work permit applications to include Critical Skills Employment Permits, Intra-Company Transfer Employment Permits and General Employment Permits. Alice has also advised on a number of successful applications under the Immigrant Investor Programme.

Alice has been providing advice to both private and corporate clients on all aspects of employment law, which is complimented by her strong background in human resource management. She possesses a wealth of experience in providing advice to employers and employees on a varied range of topics, including grievance and disciplinary procedures, equality and discrimination issues, unfair and constructive dismissals, and bullying/harassment.

Over the past few years, Alice has worked closely with a number of public and private corporate bodies, providing advice on running tender competitions for the supply of various services, as well as risk mitigation in tender procedures. Alice has also instituted a number of successful public procurement challenges for private clients and currently provides specialised advice on all aspects of public procurement law, ranging from the initial tender submission to various contract variations during the term of an agreement or framework.

In addition to her civil practice, Alice provides advice and representation in the field of criminal defence covering a range of offences including violent crime, sexual offence and drug related matters. She acts for a number clients countrywide in both private and legally aided funded cases.
